Serving movie productions and amusement parks with creative direction for over 20 years, 12 years with Disney Imagineering, 3 years with Sony and 4 with Universal Studios. An early adopter of digital art production and augmented reality, designing previs and virtual experiences for Disney 's Innoventions, Universal Creative, and many more.
As the Executive Director of Exceptional Minds, a non-profit visual effects and animation school for talented young adults with Autism, I was honored to lead the team in building the one of a kind organization to a 3 million dollar a year operating budget, 200 full/part-time students, 10 graduates with permanent jobs, including at Marvel and Cartoon Network, 20 artists working in the Exceptional Minds Studio on visual effects projects for "Star Wars: the Last Jedi" and Marvel’s "Black Panther", as well as animation projects for the Los Angeles Zoo, Sesame St. and the Special Olympics.
Founder of Muralism whose mission it is to connect uniquely abled individuals with the community through art.
Our goals are to:
· Paint beautiful murals throughout the community.
· Employ folks with social, physical and/or mental challenges.
· Feature local muralist to work with our uniquely talented artist.
· Teach artists to build work habits, social skills, and confidence.
· Help the community recognize the unique abilities of these artist.
